Refund and Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel the order. All orders are being processed immediately. Please double check all details prior to placing the order. For any assistance, please email contactus@jovestic.com.

Returns

We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day after the date of delivery to request a return. This is based on the date on the tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can email us at contactus@jovestic.com. Please note that Jovestic will not be responsible for the return shipping fees.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs for the order are non-refundable. 

Restocking Fee

There is a 15% restocking fee from the total paid including shipping fees for any items that are returned. If your return is accepted you will receive 85% of the total amount you paid to your original payment method within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

Incorrect Address Policy:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost, misplaced, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If the package is returned back to us due to such reason, we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping fee is not refundable.
Risk of Loss

Please note that all purchases made on Jovestic Shop are subject to a shipment contract. The risk of loss is passed upon to the customer once a delivery has successfully been made by the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if the tracking states that it is delivered.
